There are plenty of activities and groups available in Ceredigion to keep everyone  entertained.

The Urdd is an exciting, dynamic movement for children and young people. It organises a range of different activities and offers a full programme of activities for children and young people, from sports to arts to overseas visits. The National Urdd Eisteddfod is an important event in our cultural calendar, which is the largest youth festival in Europe. Ask your local school or visit www.urdd.org for further information.

 

The Ceredigion Young Farmers is a popular bilingual organisation for people between 10 and 26 years old. A wide range of activities are held through the medium of Welsh and bilingually. The YFC calendar is full of events such as the county rally (a competitive event showcasing many rural and creative skills which has a strong festival feel), sporting events, arts events, dances and other social activities. If you’re interested in theatre, dance and the arts in general, there are plenty of opportunities for young people at the various arts centres, theatres in Ceredigion. Theatr Felinfach provides opportunities for young people to develop their potential as individuals and as members of groups and communities through drama, theatre, movement and dance and hosts drama clubs for children and two youth theatre groups and many other opportunities for children and young people. 

 

Arad Goch, is a company which produces theatre for children and young people, it also provides arts-based activities for children and young people. 

 

Ceredigion also has a number of independent and statutory clubs that offer a wide variety of social activities for young people with bilingual provision.
